This autumn, the Peaceful Wild will offer a series of four 2-hour workshops to focus on different elements of a well-rounded yoga practice. Although the series will build from week to week, each workshop can also be taken individually.
Each workshop will include an active, dynamic ‘yang’ style of yoga, combined with a quieter, more restorative ‘yin’ form of practice. In addition to asana, each session will also include a focus on the breath through ‘pranayama’ and have dedicated time for meditation.
The series will specifically highlight these different forms and dimensions of yoga to discuss and explore how they come together in a well-rounded practice.
The four workshops on offer are:
FIRE - Yoga: Fast and Slow - July 31st from 18:00-20:00
AIR - Yoga: Body and Breath - August 7th from 18:00-20:00
WATER - Yoga: Body, Breath and Mind - August 14th from 18:00-20:00
SPACE - Yoga: Body, Breath, Mind and Meditation - August 21st from 18:00-20:00
COST: 250 NOK per workshop, 1000 NOK for the whole series.
