Foundations of Yoga & Meditation


This is an 8-week course focused on teaching the foundations of yoga and meditation. 

The course will introduce students to the basics of yoga and meditation, including how to do some of the main poses and breathing techniques. Through the classes, students will have an opportunity to build their self-awareness, improve their strength and flexibility, and find relaxation through mindfulness.

The course is particularly suitable for beginners or those new to yoga and meditation. It is, however, also open to anyone with a beginner's mind wanting to return to the roots of the practice. 

Classes will be held at The Peaceful Wild on:
Tuesdays 19:45-21:00
January 8th- March 12th 2019
(free on January 15th and February 19th)
